After Round 2 — What Happens Next?
After Round 2, the top 8 teams will proceed to the knockout round. Teams 1–4 will go into the Main Draw and teams 5–8 will move into the Consolation Draw. All remaining teams are eliminated.
How Are Teams Ranked?
Standings are determined using USTA-based ranking rules, applied in this order:
- Matches Won — Teams are first ranked by total match wins.
- Head-to-Head — If two teams are tied, the winner of their head-to-head match ranks higher.
- Head-to-Head Record (3+ way tie) — If three or more teams are tied on total match wins, we look only at the matches played between those tied teams (they may not have all played each other). The team with the best win-loss record in those head-to-head matches ranks highest.
- Set Winning Percentage — If still tied, the team with the higher percentage of sets won moves up.
- Game Winning Percentage — If still deadlocked, the team with the higher percentage of total games won prevails.
Forfeits and retirements count as a match win or loss but do not count toward set or game totals. 10-point match tiebreaks count as a set.
